How long have you been in business?
I have been in business in Florida since 1992 under the name Academy Maintenance, then in 2011 I changed the name to Lee County Property Maintenance. I was also in business in Bergen County, NJ under Academy Maintenance for approximately 15 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Interior & Exterior Painting, complete rental set ups from trash outs to painting, repairs, final clean.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Father and family were in that type of business, i liked it and decided to start my own business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have been doing this a long time and take pride in what i do. I make sure the work is done right
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Have a home office.
What type of payments do you accept?
checks, cash, can set up for credit cards

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own it it sole proprietor, my son will be joining in the business soon
