Maronda Homes

I can not review on the quality of the home, as it has not even broken ground yet! We gave them our $5000 deposit in Oct 2015, it is now going into March 2016 and nothing has been started. They just told me that the permit has just been been filed for, which 2 weeks ago they told me it was in the works, so now we are pushed back another 3-4 weeks they told me! Keep getting the run around and excuses. If this house ever gets built, it looks like it will take a year from deposit, to finished house. All my friends say this is crazy, they have never heard of a house taking so long to get started, much less to be finished! At this point, I would not recommend Maronda Homes. My last house was built in 4 1/2 months from deposit to completion! We are VERY nervous, going to watch them like a hawk!
